Under the cooperation agreement with the State Budgetary Institution of Additional Education "Sports School of Olympic Reserve 'Tramplin'" of Vyborgsky District, St. Petersburg, and as part of the activities of the Division of Modern Technologies of Training for High Trained Athletes FSBI SPbNIIFK, planned current monitoring of coordination preparedness was conducted on May 21 and 23, 2025 for elite female Nordic combined skiers and ski jumpers.
During the testing, staff of the Division (A.N. Belyova, G.G. Zakharov) analyzed the athletes' postural stability, static balance, movement coordination, and reaction speed. A specialized set of exercises was tested to improve the level of special balance and stability for elite female ski jumpers and Nordic combined athletes.
