Georgy G. Zakharov, a researcher at the Division of Modern Technologies of Training for High Trained Athletes of FSBI SPbNIIFK, collected materials (a study of technical preparedness) as part of a state assignment.
From October 7 to 16, a training event for the Russian national junior Nordic combined ski team was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
During the training event, video recordings were made of special simulation exercises and ski jumps from the K95 and K125-meter ski jumps. Angular indicators in the main phases of the jump were determined, and kinograms were prepared.
Recommendations were provided to coaches and athletes for improving the training process.
