CLASSIFIERS' WORK AT THE PARAAthLETICS CHAMPIONS CUP IN YEKATERINBURG

On June 3, Anna Leonidovna Lebedeva, Senior Research Fellow at FSBI SPbNIIFK and Ph.D. in Psychology, participated in the classification panel for visually impaired para-athletes during the ParaAthletics Champions Cup in Yekaterinburg. This tournament serves as a qualifying event for the 2024 Summer Paralympic Games in Paris.

Senior Research Fellow A.L. Lebedeva contributed to determining the sport class and status of visually impaired athletes in accordance with the Classification Rules, International Standard for Athlete Evaluation, and Regulations for Athlete Classification in Sports for the Blind.
