From March 13th to 15th, 2026, an All-Russian methodological seminar took place in the village of Smolyachkovo, bringing together coaches, organizers, and sports judges from across the country.
The event was organized by the All-Russian Sailing Federation in conjunction with the Regional Public Organization "Sailing Sports Federation of Leningrad Oblast."
As part of the seminar's business program, Victoria Valerievna Georgiadi - research associate and acting head of The Laboratory of Psychology and Psychophysiology of Sports at FSBI SPbNIIFK - delivered a presentation.
Being a national-level judge and a long-time instructor of methodological seminars, Victoria Valerievna presented a report on the topic of "Athlete Motivation".
Her presentation, supported by years of experience in sports and science, generated great interest among the audience and sparked professional discussions.
