From February 18th to 21st, 2026, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Current Issues of Adaptive Physical Culture and Sport" took place at the Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sport (SibGUFK, Omsk). The event was held as part of the XV Anniversary Festival of Adaptive Physical Culture.
Junior Research Fellow of FSBI SPbNIIFK, Nadezhda V. Medvedeva, participated in the conference with an online presentation on the topic: "Opportunities for Monitoring Executive Functions in Athletes with Intellectual Disabilities."
In her presentation, Nadezhda V. Medvedeva presented the results of a research project being carried out as part of the scientific and methodological support work in the field of physical culture and sport on the topic: "Development of a Methodology for Using Innovative Technologies to Monitor Executive Functions in Athletes with Intellectual Disabilities."
Participation in the conference allowed for the presentation of the institute's developments and the exchange of experience with the professional community.
