From June 24 to 25, 2024, the IX National Forum of Rehabilitation Industry and Universal Design "Hope in Technology" was held at the "Lomonosov" cluster venue.
A regular in-person meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization "Technical Means and Services for People with Disabilities and Other Low-Mobility Groups" (TC 381) took place on June 25, 2024, as part of the Forum.
The meeting was attended by the co-chairs of TC 381: Ekaterina Alekseevna Shikina, Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Ivan Vladimirovich Biryukov, Director of the National Association of Assistive Technology Market Participants "AURA-Tech".
FSBI SPbNIIFK Director Sergey Alekseevich Vorobyov and Deputy Director for Development and Cooperation Aleksey Alekseevich Baryaev participated in the meeting via video conference.
The meeting focused on organizational measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the technical committee's activities.
The following agenda items were discussed:
• Results of TC 381's activities in the first half of 2024;
• Analysis of the standards portfolio under TC 381's responsibility;
• Development of the national standardization program for 2025;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of TC 381 members' participation;
• Ensuring standardization work complies with current legislation and fundamental standards of the national standardization system.
