On September 5, 2025, a member of the presidium of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association in the system of higher education for the enlarged group of fields and specialties 49.00.00 Physical Culture and Sports, Director of FSBI SPbNIIFK, Ph.D. in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Sergey Alekseevich Vorobiev participated in the discussion and approval of draft Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FSES HE).
The discussion and approval of the draft Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education 49.03.02 Physical Culture for Persons with Health Disabilities (Adaptive Physical Culture) and 49.04.02 Physical Culture for Persons with Health Disabilities (Adaptive Physical Culture), considering the addition of adjusted universal and general professional competencies, took place via video conference under the leadership of the Chairman of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Sergey Petrovich Evseev.
During the discussion and approval of the drafts, the great social significance of the tasks of developing physical culture and sports among persons with disabilities acquired as a result of the special military operation and other armed conflicts was particularly emphasized.
