The first road race of the season – the "Speedy Ten" run – took place last weekend (March 29, 2026).
Junior researcher at The Laboratory of Psychology and Psychophysiology of Sports, FSBI SPbNIIFK, Viktor Alekseevich Degtyarev, achieved a respectable result – 34 minutes and 49 seconds, which is a personal best.
Considering that the season is only just beginning, this is a fantastic result, indicating potential for even greater records.
